Henrik Lundqvist came out of sick-bay this morning to take part in the Rangers morning skate at The Garden after being bedridden for two straight days with the flu. However Lundqvist is not yet ready to return to game action, so he will not dress tonight---Martin Biron will start vs. Pittsburgh and Chad Johnson will back him up.
